The law is the law and members of Kerry Roads Policing Unit had no alternative but to put a stop to the reckless behaviour of the person in charge of this E scooter in Tralee last evening.
Officers clocked the E scooter travelling in excess of 60km/hr as well as weaving in and out of traffic in heavy fog.
The E scooter was seized and the owner who is now on foot also received a fixed charge notice to for exceeding the maximum permitted speed of 20km/hr.
