The clock is ticking down to the annual Cork Jazz Festival.
This is year 46 and again hundreds of musicians as well as thousands of music fans will enjoy a weekend like no other.
Jazz will be on tap at venues across the city and beyond ensuring everyone can get to enjoy the festival known worldwide.
Cork receives an economic boost worth close to 40 million from the 4 days and nights of foot tapping music.
The festival founded in 1978 by Jim Mountjoy the then Manager of the Metropole Hotel has become a must visit for all musicians.
The Met has since day one become Headquaters to the festival and a super line up of entertainment is again on the menu thoroughout the weekend.
