A 14 year old boy has been rescued after he slipped on rocks In Kinsale Co Cork in the last hour.
It’s understood the area where the teen was lodged was quite difficult to access.
Rescue crews finally managed to get to the casualty who was then transferred to the Kinsale Lifeboat and brought ashore.
It’s thought the injured boy sustained minor injuries
A large number of emergency personnel including a Coast Guard Helicopter were involved in the operation.
