While on patrol Gardai with the Kerry Roads Policing Unit caught a driver travelling at 158 klm in a 100 klm zone earlier this week.
The car owner also tested positive for cocaine and officers discovered an 11 month old baby in the back seat.
The man was arrested and is due in court at a later date.
