The JAM Card—short for “Just A Minute”—is a simple yet powerful tool that allows customers with invisible disabilities or communication barriers to discreetly ask for a little extra time and support when completing their Post Office transactions.
Whether it’s picking up a parcel, paying a bill, or withdrawing money, the JAM Card gives individuals the confidence to navigate everyday situations that may feel overwhelming.
Customers can present their physical JAM Card or show the JAM App on their phone to signal to counter staff that they may need a bit more time, patience, or assistance.
This initiative reaffirms An Post’s commitment to being open, understanding, and inclusive—ensuring that all customers, regardless of their needs, feel respected and supported in all Post Offices.
