A bag hanging from a door handle is no different to telling a burglar there�s nobody home.
Not a day goes by when I don�t see parcels left outside houses where the occupants are out.
Burglars are always looking for ways and chances to break into a house or an office and rob anything they can get their hands on.
Figures released today show burglaries for the April May and June of this year are up by 9 0/0 on the same time last year.
I am by no means having a go at couriers who drop off parcels to unoccupied houses but the companies they work with have to come up with a better solution.
If not the number of break ins will just continue to rise and rise causing great upset to homeowners who become victims of crime.
