A man has appeared in court charged with threatening to kill as well as sexually assaulting a transgender escort in Cork last year.
In evidence to Cork District Court investigating officer Detective Garda Padraig Harrington said when arrested and charged today Tuesday the accused replied “I was in a bad place at the time and I don’t even remember leaving my house”.
The alleged offences occurred when the woman was staying in a flat in Cork City last year.
