A man has been arrested in relation to stabbing in Cork yesterday Friday.
The incident happened when a man in his 30s was attacked and stabbed outside a coffee shop on the Grand Parade at around 5pm.
The victim sustained multiple slash wounds to his chest back and neck.
Earlier today Gardai arrested a man in his 20s for questioning, he’s currently in custody at a Garda Station in the city.
The injured man remains in hospital and is due to undergo surgery today
