She brings so much joy to her family but little Hannah is battling Lukemia and doing all she can to win her fight.
I can�t imagine for one moment what it was like for her family the day she was diagnosed but her mum and dad their friends and family are with Hannah every step of the way.
The courageous 3 year old has a long road ahead of her and people are being asked to help in whatever way they can.
