Home and Away actors (and real life couple) Ada Nicodemou and James Stewart are coming to Seventy Seven in Cork for an exclusive New Year’s Eve party.

The actors who play characters Leah Patterson and Justin Morgan in the popular Australian soap will count down to midnight in the glam venue on Grand Parade on December 31st.

Their unexpected romance began in late 2023/early 2024, after both had recently separated from previous partners. They confirmed publicly that they were in a relationship in mid-2024, calling it “unexpected” and “lovely”. They are building a blended family with James’s daughter, Scout, and Ada’s son Johnas, 11, whom she shares with ex-partner Chrys Xipolitas.

Ada has been playing her character Leah for 25 years since joining the cast in 2000, and there were lovely scenes when Leah got married to James’s character Justin earlier this year.

Seventy Seven is a restaurant and late-night venue in the heart of Cork’s city centre on Grand Parade that has a feeling of relaxed glamour, luxury and ease throughout. The event will take place in the very stylish and uber-cosy top floor ‘Stamp Room’ . Fans can come along from 10pm onwards, get some signed merchandise and count down to 2026. Everyone receives a free Prosecco on arrival, and photos on their phone with Ada and James. As the clock strikes midnight, the fab couple will lead the celebrations — popping the champagne and welcoming 2026 in true star style.
