He’s getting on in years and has turned up the CSPCA shelter in Cork.
Sadly before hand the dog was seen being thrown from a van into a ditch wrapped in a blanket
The Collie according to the shelter is completely blind and may have been stolen and then dumped.
Volunteers who are ensuring he’s getting excellent veterinary care the best of grub and lots of hugs are hoping his owner or someone who knows something will make contact with the CSPCA .
If no one comes forward the dog who is not microchipped will go up for adoption on September 20t
