Williams told the festival audience that has always found pregnancy to be “really really tough,” and this baby is “definitely my last!”

“I find it really hard,” she admitted. “That is why when I have the baby, I just jump out of my house as I am so excited to get out as I feel more me again. The start of pregnancy is horrendous so I kind of am a bit quieter this year so I can not feel like I am doing too much.

I have to admit and I try and I deny it all the time, and don’t tell anyone, but I am wrecked.”

Vogue was speaking at the new full-day festival, in association with Breast Cancer Ireland, which saw people attend a wide range of classes including Pilates, strength training and HIIT, while huge crowds enjoyed sounds baths and sauna and ice bath experiences. The event brought together some of Ireland’s leading voices in health, sport, wellness, longevity and peakwell for experiences, talks and events designed to help attendees feel stronger, healthier and more in control.

Now based in London, Vogue is married to reality star Spencer Matthews, with whom she also has two sons, Theodore and Otto. Leaving the boys behind for the weekend, she stayed at the Montenotte Hotel with her five-year-old daughter Gigi, and shared highlights of their weekend on her Instagram stories. While they were dipping in the hotel’s pool and catching up with friends, Spencer was completing an endurance event in North Wales that saw him run all six possible routes up Mount Snowdon in a 24 hour period.

Vogue is very fit and has her own app called Flexy Fit, and she says that generally avoids drinking too much alcohol as it affects her anxiety levels.

“I don’t sleep very well and as much fun as it is it doesn’t suit me,” she said. “So I don’t do it very often and (being pregnant) I’m not doing it at all. It’s such a shame. It is so much fun.”

Vogue told Chris that maintaining health and fitness helps with her anxiety, and she still trains and does weights at the gym, although she has paused running for the rest of her pregnancy,

With the paperback of her autobiography “Big Mouth” out this week, the Dubliner and avid reader told Chris that she had “just finished working on a script for something” and was “toying with the idea of writing a book”.

The “My Therapist Ghosted Me” podcasterctold the audience that she started her modelling career while she was doing a degree in Scotland and she only says yes to things that she knows she and her family will enjoy. While she is based in London, she comes home regularly to her house in Howth, where her sister and fellow podcaster Amber lives.

Her advice to people who want to get fit is to people put exercise a or walk into their shedule the same way they would a meeting, and to team up with a friend and go for a walk or a fitness class with them. “It makes it more fun to do,” she said.
