Spots the dog is looking for a family who will bring him out of his shell. Spots is a five-year-old Springer Spaniel available for adoption immediately in Cork Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
Springer Spaniels are typically very friendly dogs, and good for families with children. Springer Spaniels are social and easy to train. They have double layered coats and need to be brushed often. They’re not too big, a perfect sized dog for cuddles that doesn’t take over your whole house.
The CSPCA describe Spots as a shy dog, ideal for a family who already have another dog at home to help him build confidence. Due to his temperament, Spots will need a semi quiet life, meaning he will enjoy lots of relaxing as well as walks. Spots would be perfect for an older family with teenagers or young adults.
