Blarney Brewing Company has been selected to represent Cork City at the National Enterprise Awards 2026, following its nomination by Local Enterprise Office Cork City .
Founded by Pat Falvey alongside Ronan Russell and Duncan Blair, the independent brewery was built on a vision of sustainability and profitability.
After 18 months of preparation, it launched on-trade in June 2025 and off-trade in September 2025. Based on Commons Road, the brewery can produce up to 2,400 cans per hour and has secured a site near Inniscarra Lake to develop a larger zero-carbon facility.
Welcoming the recognition, Pat Falvey described the nomination as a proud milestone and credited the Local Enterprise Office for its vital grant and business support in helping the company grow.
