Despite repeated road safety warnings, some motorists continue to ignore them—putting lives at serious risk.
As part of the Garda Bank Holiday Roads Policing Operation, officers conducting speed checks detected one driver travelling well in excess of the legal limit.
Mitchelstown Gardaí arrested the young driver on the M8 after he was caught driving at a shocking 210km/h.
The car was seized, and the driver now faces a court appearance in the near future.
🚨 Let this be a stark reminder: speeding kills. Obey the limits and help us ensure #SaferRoads for all.
